Scholarly articles are great, but don't forget about books! Through Stanly Community College, you have access to both physical books and eBooks.
To access the SCC Library catalog:
Visit stanly.libguides.com and click on Search the Library Catalog
Through the library catalog, you have access to the Stanly LRC collection as well as books from other community colleges. To expand your search & include our entire network of North Carolina Community Colleges, change the dropdown menu from Stanly Library to another library. Keep in mind that books from other libraries may take some time to arrive, so if you are in a time crunch, leave the setting on Stanly Library.
Place a Hold on a Book
Your username is ST+Seven Digit Student ID Number (i.e. ST0123456) and your 4-digit PIN number is most likely 1234. If you have any trouble logging in, contact us!
Go to "My Account" to view the status of the hold or see when your item is due.
What if I don't know my Student ID number?
Check the top left corner of your MyPage Dashboard .
